At ClickSure, customer service and satisfaction is of utmost importance so we regret that some of our customers may wish to complain from time to time. We do, however, welcome all comments as they will help us to resolve any issues you may have and to continue to improve our service to you.

Complaint Process and Refund Policy

If you are wishing to complain about a refund then we do ask that you first check that the purchase you are wishing to have refunded complies with our product refund policy. If not, you are required to work directly with the seller to resolve the issue, by which the seller is entitled to request a refund on your behalf up to 90 days after the date of purchase.     1. even for also... they promised that they will refund my amount with in 7 to 10 days. passed 15days still they havnt trasferred my money. And i am not able to contact them.
      i had tried to there customer care number also. not Attending call

    2. Hi Bhavya, we'er sorry there's been a delay on your refund. It takes 7 to 10 days for the refund to be processed; it can then take around another 10 days for the funds to hit your account. Have you received your refund now?

  2. I agree.... No one has been helpful- the only way to contact them is via the clicksure website. My refund was apparently refunded to me on 28 August 2013 and has to date 14 November 2013, still not reflected in my credit card account. I have been in contact with my bank and they assure me that no refunds have been made whatsoever. I have tried in vain to follow up with queries with clicksure support without any success. They simply say it has been refunded and it has NOT. I believe I have been duped and in my opinion Clicksure are not what they seem. I am extremely angry!!!! I WANT MY REFUND.
